Saperavi Khashmi has a long history. Dry red wine appeared by order of Queen Tamar in the 12th century.
The name of the rich red Saperavi derives from the village of Khashmi, where a large number of vineyards were located by the order of the Queen. This variety has a rich and bright flavor, in which berries, cherry and black plum play an important role.
